The "106 S16" is a car Ono-san acquired when he was a senior in university. At the time, his overseas travel plans had been wiped out by the COVID-19 pandemic, unexpectedly leaving him with extra time and money. It was then that he suddenly recalled, "Come to think of it, I used to love cars," after years of forgetting. That thought kicked his car search into high gear, leading him to the car he has today.
After much consideration, he chose this 106 S16, a three-door French hot hatch. With its vibrant yellow paint that brings a sense of energy at first glance, it is the perfect car for a first-time owner!

The design of the 106 S16 was handled by the prestigious Italian house Pininfarina.
Despite its compact size, it possesses a "beauty typical of French cars," where flowing lines and a sense of charm coexist.

The location chosen for this shoot was Mejirodai Athletic Park, which is close to both his university and his family home. With its sprawling tennis courts and plazas, it serves as a place of relaxation for the local community. It also has a parking lot, so it’s easy to visit by car. You can pull right up and start relaxing immediately.
